Take Action:  Share Your Passion

• Start by sharing your passion with people you know, like family, friends, classmates, teachers, colleagues and others in your community. Because they know you, they will likely listen closely. You can talk about why you like orangutans or elephants or whatever animal you want and also the difficulties that it faces.

•  Share your knowledge through class projects or reports, around the dinner table, and on social media. You can look outside your school, friends or family and think about interacting with people in other social circles. They can help spread ideas, too.

•  Share stories. These can be a news report, amusing anecdote or fun fact that will help others appreciate the animal and understand the challenges it faces. You can use social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest or others to share stories and build an appreciation for animals.
